SOFILA operates in all textile industries: Clothing, Lace, Medical, Upholstery, Technical and Accessories, and serves customers worldwide (50% of business is export). Thanks to its technology watch and its history, SOFILA is in contact with more than 200 suppliers worldwide, making us a unique partner in terms of expertise and ability to innovate and create threads that meet the needs of our customers.

Production
In two factories in France (Drôme and Haute-Loire), 45 people are spread across the two sites, covering the manufacture, quality and maintenance of our equipment. We have all the technologies for yarn manufacturers (twisting, assembly, covering, texturizing, fancy yarns) with a machine park of 150 pieces of equipment.
Customer service
In constant interaction with our customers all over the world, speaking several languages (English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese) and ensuring the follow-up of our orders and our developments.
The sales team
Led by our president and supported by the R&D team office, which provides its expertise whenever customer needs require analysis and development.

Human resources and finance, in support of operations.
Beyond its expertise, Sofila has been a committed player for several years in the area of social and environmental responsibility.
Sofila was one of the first companies in the textile industry to carry out a carbon footprint assessment (2022).
Several ways of improving this carbon footprint have been identified and are being implemented (mainly energy and materials).
Since 2022, we have removed all our gas-powered equipment; the only energy we use today is electricity.
