Personal data protection policy and cookie management

SOFILA, a simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder, registered in the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 379 333 172 00037, whose registered office is located at 65 rue Jacques-Louis HENON 69004 LYON, is concerned with the protection of personal data www.sofila. fr (hereinafter the “Site”) and undertakes to protect them in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, known as the “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”, and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, known as the “Data Protection Act” , as amended.

Purposes of the processing of your personal data

SOFILA collects your personal data for the following purposes:

communicating with you when you request any information via the contact form available on the Site and informing you about the products and services offered by SOFILA; monitoring and analyzing Site traffic and for statistical purposes.

SOFILA collects the following data concerning you:

Contact form:
Your civil status: surname, first name;
Your professional life: name of your company, position within your company, telephone number, email address;
Any information you provide in the free message area.
The mandatory or optional nature of the data entry is specified during the collection, by the presence of an * next to the data that must be entered. The mandatory communication of some of your personal data is necessary for SOFILA to implement the purposes specified above. The optional data allows SOFILA to get to know you better.

How long will your personal data be kept?

Your personal data collected via the contact form will be kept for a period of five (5) years. In the event that you and SOFILA enter into a contractual relationship, your data will be kept for the time necessary for the proper management of our contractual relationship and then archived for the legal limitation period for the purpose of proof for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim.

 

Recipients of your personal data

Your personal data is strictly confidential and intended exclusively for SOFILA.
Except where legally or judicially obliged to do so, SOFILA will never disclose, transfer, rent or transmit your personal data to third parties other than the Site host, as mentioned in the Site’s legal notice, for the purposes of providing technical hosting services and database management and only under the contractual conditions signed between the host and SOFILA, which cannot derogate from this article.

Security measures implemented

SOFILA is committed to ensuring the security and integrity of your personal data. As such, SOFILA implements and maintains technical and organizational security measures for the Site and its information system that are appropriate to the nature of your personal data and the risks presented by their processing. Right to object:

Object at any time, on grounds relating to your personal situation, to the processing of your personal data, in particular in the event that such objection relates to commercial prospecting, including profiling;

Withdrawal of consent:

Withdraw your consent to the future processing of your personal data by SOFILA;

Right to lodge a complaint:

Lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés if you consider that the processing carried out by SOFILA constitutes a violation of your personal data.
