Effect yarn, extra thickness of material on the yarn. The effect can be freely adjusted: length of the effect, thickness, spacing between the extra thicknesses. It is also possible to make a random effect to avoid having a woven or knitted pattern. The titling is not totally relevant because of the extra thickness. It is possible to make an effect that is fine enough to be knitted.
